FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To be refunded for your order, returns of unworn merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery. E-mail abby@eastcampusclothing.com with the details of your return request (order #, item(s) being returned, and reason) to receive a return authorization # and further shipping details. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original order shipping cost is non-refundable.

**Holiday returns on orders placed between November 15-December 25 can be returned or exchanged up until January 20. The FROST Holiday sweatshirts and tees are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged as these are novelty holiday items and are made to order. We appreciate your understanding!

Our standard shipping within the United States is done through USPS Priority or First Class Mail and costs $4.95. If you need rush shipping please e-mail abby@eastcampusclothing.com and I will respond ASAP to try and accommodate.

For a limited time, free shipping is available for orders over $40 (before tax) and will be applied automatically to your order. (Usually, it’s orders over $75.)

All orders received before 6 pm CST will be shipped the next business day from Nebraska. Our standard shipping is through USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Depending on your US ship to address, orders will take between 1-4 business days to get to you. Nebraska and surrounding areas will have very quick delivery times within 1-2 days of the order being shipped.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours of when the order was placed. On new FROST items, tracking will be sent a bit later when the order is shipped according to the timelines mentioned on the product pages.
